UO Secondage is based around the T2a expansion. UO Forever is based around the era of Ultima Online: Rennisance expansion.

If you want to try Ultima Online how it is currently I suggest signing up for a 14 day trial account. UO Forever, Second Age, and any other free server are different from Ultima Online production servers. The enhance(and ugly as sin) client is usually not supported. Most free UOServers require the use of the classic client. Ultima Online Forever, Second Age, Zenevra Destiny UO etc etc are all Free UOServers. Hope this isn't too late, because no one has really given you a correct answer here.
